This course explores the most current
research on brain-functioning and its relationship to the educational
process. Participants will be taken on a journey through the
inner-workings of the most complex organ in the human body.
Current theories and technological advances will be explored and
participants will learn how to apply these new and exciting advances to
classroom instruction and behavior management.
This course is designed to assist both regular and special education
personnel in understanding, implementing, and applying current brain
research to innovative classroom practices. Participants will
design effective curricular models that correlate to positive learning
environments that meet the varying needs of student strengths and
weaknesses. |
