| Q. Why Can't I Log-in?
A. Did you register and set-up
your classroom profile? If yes, you should have received an
email confirmation that contained your user name password.
Make sure you are using the correct user name and password including the
correct case and spacing to log-in. If you are still experiencing
log-in issues, contact
Support. |
| Q. I've
lost my password!
A.
Don't panic! While your password cannot be retrieved it can be
reset. To do this go to the login page and click I've forgotten my
password. Follow the instructions and you should be back online in
no time. |
| Q. The times
are not correct!
A. The times are almost
certainly correct; however, what you may be seeing are times displayed
in a time-zone different from the one you are in. If this is the case,
you should change your profile setting to the time-zone that matches
your particular area.

| Q. I
registered in the past but cannot log in anymore!
A.
The most likely reasons for this are: you entered
an incorrect username or password (check the email you were sent when
you first registered) or the administrator has inactivated your
account (typically done at the end of a course session). If you are sure
you are using the correct username and password and feel your account
has been inactivated in error
